Pinwheel gardens will be on display at local schools. ■ Michele Ryneal / Contributed April is National Child Abuse Prevention Month, but this year the Hemet Woman’s Club members are getting a head start in educating the children, teachers and parents of Hemet about child abuse. The club believes that we need more than awareness to make a difference. We need action! The Hemet Woman’s Club sponsored, for the third year, the Pinwheels for Prevention Project on March 21, in cooperation with the principal and staff at Diamond Valley Middle School, Temecula Valley Woman’s Club and several local businesses.
