Aggressive panhandler arrested

On Dec. 28, the Les Schwab Tire Center in Hemet reported to the Hemet Police Department that someone had stolen more than $700 worth of tires. The suspect, who was later identified as 27 year-old Jesse Moll, allegedly gave the store false information and had fake plates on the vehicle when he ordered tires for the vehicle. Moll allegedly returned later after the tires were put on and took the vehicle without paying by using a spare key. When
