The DOW recently broke 20,000 and the economy is renewing hope among builders and developers throughout the land. According to Realtor.com, as we enter 2017 we can expect a year of gradual slowing in the housing market, although moderate growth will maintain as a result of re-emerging new-home sales throughout the country. In contrast, a changing spectrum of home buyers and a post election interest rate rise might possibly force first time home buyers out of the market. Nationwide
