San Jacinto man sentenced to 20 years for kidnapping estranged wife A convicted felon pleaded guilty last week to charges of attempted murder for a March 8 incident in which he allegedly beat and abducted his estranged wife from her San Jacinto home before leading law enforcement officers on a 30-mile high-speed pursuit. Jesus Onofre Millan, 43, of San Jacinto, admitted to the attempted murder count and a robbery allegation under a plea agreement with the Riverside County District Attorney’s Office.
