Christmas in July at Diamond Valley Lake Aquatic Center
Join Valley for Christmas in July this Friday July 21 from 6 – 9 p.m. Santa will make an appearance with his elves. Other fun activities include cookie decorating games and a Christmas-themed children’s film. Pool will be open during the fun. DVL Aquatic Center, 1801 Angler Ave., Hemet. Family Fun Night at Diamond Valley Lake Aquatic Center
Enjoy a night out on Friday, July 28 with the family for a night of special activities open to all ages. Event is from 5 – 7:30 p.m. Admission is $2 for 2 years and under and $4 for 3 years and older. DVL Aquatic Center, 1801 Angler Ave., Hemet. Call 951-929-0047 for more information.

Sandii Castleberry and Hot Flash at Diamond Valley Arts Center
Sandii Castleberry and Hot Flash will perform Saturday, Aug 5 at The Diamond Valley Arts Center. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. Show starts at 7 p.m. Admission is $15 for members and $20 for non-members. Celebrate Recovery meetings
Celebrate Recovery meets every week of the year.

Hemet Senior Computer Club
The club meets the third Monday of every month from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Valley-Wide Valle Vista Recreation Center. The club is open to anyone in the Hemet/San Jacinto area who would like to learn and share about computers, tablets, smartphones, etc. Valley-Wide Recreation Center, 43935 E. Acacia Ave., Hemet.

Donations for U.S. Troops Needed
The Pass Area Supporting Soldiers (PASS) group is collecting donations for the summer shipment of Care Boxes to military servicemen and servicewomen serving overseas. Donations will be taken until July 27. Three categories of donations include food/snacks, hygiene and personal comfort items. For more information, please call PASS at 951-927-1664. Team Hemet Baseball Registration for Fall Season
The season runs from Sept. 9 to Nov. 19. Registration fee for the season is $85. Early registration discount of $10 and a multi-child discount began June 3. Individual registration includes a jersey and a hat. The team registrations are $400 (Uniform is not included). For more information, please email admin@teamhemet.org.

Science Under the Stars
Save the date for Western Science Center’s annual fundraiser – Sept. 9. This year’s guest speaker is paleontologist Eric Scott. Live auction, music and dancing, open bar, museum visit, fossil demonstration and more are planned. $125/seat, $1,000 for a table of eight.
