Prince of Peace accepting preschool and kindergarten enrollments
Prince of Peace Lutheran Preschool and Kindergarten is accepting enrollments for the fall 2017-18 school year. The school serves children ages 2-6. The Two’s toddler room and playground is designed for little ones and has a fenced yard and a small toilet facility in the classroom. Children do not need to be toilet trained when they start.
Children who are toilet trained can attend the Three’s class, which has more structured academic time, music and free play. Two classes for four-year-olds have learning centers, circle and story time as well as free play. Kindergarten offers half- or full-day care in a small class environment with a curriculum that meets or exceeds district requirements. Prince of Peace Protestant Reformation Celebratory Service
Prince of Peace Lutheran Church will host a 500th Protestant Reformation Celebratory Service on Tuesday, October 31 at 2 p.m. in the main sanctuary. The Rev. Dr. Larry Stoterau, president of the Pacific Southwest District of the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod, will be the main speaker. Jean Will and DeLoise King will serve as the leaders of a joint choir. A specially catered meal will follow the service. Christians from all faith groups are invited to this once-in-a-lifetime service.

Offerings at Unity Chapel
“A Course in Miracles” introduction – Perhaps you’ve been curious about this material; perhaps you would like to return to studying this profound and life-changing study and practice. Wednesday night Bible studies at Living Waters
Living Waters Christian Ministries meets at 10 a.m. on Sundays at the church located at 468 W. Main St. in SJ. A verse-by-verse Bible study meets on Wed at 7 p.m.

The Innerlight Bookstore

Mommy & Me at United Methodist Church

Pilgrim Church Bible study
Pilgrim Congregational Church of Christ meets every Thursday evening at 6 p.m. for a study and conversation of the Bible. Sessions are led by Pastor Megan. Unitarian-Universalist welcomes all
The Unitarian-Universalist Fellowship of Hemet/San Jacinto welcomes those of all faiths to join them. This is a national and international church that encourages people to practice their own philosophies and religions. They believe that all people are capable of forming their own belief systems.
