Abandonment of Use of Fictitious Business Name – $39

#1. Please be sure to first file with Riverside County AND have a filed date and filing number in the upper-right corner. The first published date must be within 30 calendar days of your filing date.

#2. ​Our deadline is 7 PM Wednesday for Thursday’s edition.

To publish: send us the completed abandonment of use of fictitious business name form from the Riverside County Clerk (the page with the information to be published). In rare cases, there will be a second page with addition names or registrants.

#3. The Fee for an Abandonment of FBN is $39 for publishing all 4 weeks for one business name and one registered owner.

There are no additional or hidden fees and we guarantee the lowest price. After completing step #2 please pay by credit or debit card below. 

We take care of everything else, including mailing a signed affidavit to the County Clerk’s office. It may take more than two months for you to receive a printed certified copy via U.S. Mail. But don’t worry, you should be able to immediately start your business and get a business checking account. You will receive an email confirmation within 2-3 business days.
