1  Please be sure to first file with the Riverside County Clerk AND ensure the filed date (located in the upper-right corner) is on or after 2022-XX-XX   (the first publication is within 45 days of filing).

2  After 4 weeks of publishing we will mail an affidavit to the clerk, who will certify and return it to us. We will then mail this to you. It may take up to two months until you receive your certified copy, but don’t worry you can start your business and get a bank account right away.

3  The fee to publish an Abandonment FBN for ALL 4 WEEKS is $38 if you have only one name. Additional registrants and/or business names on the same FBN form costs $5 each. For example, if you have two business names and two registered owners, then the publishing fee is $38 + $5 + $5 = $48.
