Do you think parenting is funny business? Comedian and KFI radio personality Justin Worsham thinks being a father is a hoot, and he will relate his parenting experiences during a fundraising comedy night at the Hemet Historic Theatre this month.
The Sept. 29 comedy show, “Parents Night Out,” is a humorous look into the strange world of fatherhood. Justin’s humor is smart, insightful and wickedly hilarious…whether you are a father or just had to put up with one.
A native of Modesto, California, Worsham has been performing comedy for 20 years. In addition to comedy club appearances and teaching improv, he has been featured on Showtime’s “Comics Without Borders” and played Jimmy Kimmel in “Not Another Celebrity Movie.” Cuts from Worsham’s albums can be heard daily on Blue Collar Radio, Laugh USA, and Raw Dawg as a part of SiriusXM Satellite Radio.
Proceeds from the event, sponsored by Hemet Sunset Rotary, will fund local community projects in the valley. Hemet Sunset Rotary is a nonprofit serving the local community and funding projects around the world.
Showtime for this performance is 8 p.m. Tickets are $20 general admission. Special pricing of $15 is available to Rotary members and military service personnel (active or retired). Tickets are available at the Hemet Historic Theater Ticket Office, Downtown Deli (113 N. Harvard St.) and the Harvard Street Music Exchange (134 N. Harvard St.) or from local Rotary members.
