Memorial Day 5k
Led by the American flag kids of all ages participate in the race.

On Memorial Day, May 28, it will be the Sixth Annual Memorial Day 5k, 10K and Kids 1K Run. Runners and walkers of all experience levels are invited to come out to Diamond Valley Lake and enjoy the Memorial Day festivities. With a 5K Run/Walk (3.1 miles), 10K Run/Walk (6.2 miles) and a Kid’s Run (1K), there is something for everyone!
All finisher’s who complete the race in two hours or less will be presented a medal at the finish line. The event will also present team awards for fastest team, largest team, and most spirited team. Age division awards will be distributed for both male and female ranging from ages 10 – 70.
The perks of attending the Memorial Day 5K Run will be a fun and flat course, a free supervised area for children 5-10 years old known as the “Kidz Fun Zone,” food trucks, jumpers, as well as awesome well-designed shirts and medals.
The event will be located at Valley-Wide’s Diamond Valley Lake Community Park, which is located off Searl Parkway in Hemet. The event will start at 7:30 a.m. For more information on how to register visit:
