#1. Please ensure that the hearing date should be 5-6 weeks later from the first publication date. If your hearing date is earlier than this, you may need to call the Superior court to reschedule; however, you should still publish this now.

#3. We charge $79 for each name change plus $20 for each additional name to be changed on the same NC-120 document. There are no additional fees and we guarantee the lowest price. After completing step #2, you can pay by credit or debit card below.
After 4 weeks successful publication. We will send a signed affidavit copy to your mailing address and on your email as well. Also will send a copy to the Superior Court where the hearing is scheduled. You will receive an email confirmation within 2-3 business days.
